Most recently, Ralph finished a television pilot, "Memphis Blues", where he is featured as the sinister corrupt judge bent on his own agenda. And, in May, was asked to audition for a co-star role in a movie featuring Billy Bob Thornton, "Chrystal". Recently, Ralph was also considered for the role of "Bill Banyon" in a Cruise/Wagner production of "Elizabethtown" directed by Cameron Crowe. As of October 2004, two "indie" movies have been released. with Ralph in lead support roles: "Rookie Bookie" where he plays a drugged out gambling medical doctor and "Cowboy with a Silver Lining" where he plays a contractor mob boss for hit men. He's done trade/industrial films and regional commercials. Ralph's sons (theater and film majors in college) urged him to put his life skills (retired policeman) to work in the art. His latest and proudest accomplishment on stage was as the Ghost of Hamlet's father in Shakespeare's Hamlet, opposite his son as Hamlet. His most recent role was the lead as "Nick" in "The Guys" as a NYC Fire Captain who lost eight men in the WTC on 9/11 and as "Clarence" the adorable angel who got his wings in "It's a Wonderful Life" (at the Desoto Youth Theater). He longs for the day when he can act with all of his children. Two of his son's, Adam is in LA and will be producing his first Feature film "Dark Matter" where Ralph will star as the sinsiter Sheriff Parker June 2006 and his other son Kyle, opened at the Steppenwolf Theater in Chicago, March 24th, 2005 in "Take Me Out".
